1. Digital products only

Calmmumma currently sells digital PDF guides and printable resources for parents and caregivers. We do not ship physical products.

Because your purchase is digital, there is no physical package, shipping carrier, or physical delivery date associated with your order.

2. How you receive your purchase

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital guide should be available through the order confirmation page and the download-ready email sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Please keep your download email for reference and check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if it does not appear in your main inbox.

3. If you cannot access your download

If your download link does not work, the wrong file appears, or you cannot find your email, please visit our Download Help page or contact Calmmumma through our Contact page.

When requesting help, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or one-time verification codes.

4. Shipping charges

Since our current products are digital downloads, no physical shipping charges apply to these products.

5. Future products

If Calmmumma introduces physical products in the future, we will update this policy to explain the applicable shipping methods, charges, destinations, and estimated delivery times.
