Having trouble finding your Calmmumma PDF? Let's work through a few simple checks.

1. Check your order confirmation page

After a successful purchase, look for the digital-product section on the order confirmation page. If the download is available, use the button beside your guide's filename.

2. Find the download-ready email

Look in the inbox for the email address you used at checkout. Search for “Calmmumma” or “Your Calmmumma guide is ready to download.” If it is not in your main inbox, check spam, junk, and promotions folders.

3. Open the download link

Open the link from the download-ready email. Confirm that the page shows the title of the guide you purchased, then choose Download Now. Depending on your device and browser, the PDF may open in a tab or save to your downloads folder.

4. Still stuck?

Contact Calmmumma and include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password, one-time codes, or payment-card details.

A note about your purchase

Calmmumma guides are digital PDF products; nothing physical is mailed. Please keep the download email for reference. If you believe the wrong file is attached, let us know so we can investigate.
